Step 1: Searching
Our professionals value developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants. Outstanding results are derived from understanding our client’s industry, company structure, culture, and technical objectives. We deliver a concentrated recruiting effort to identify the best consultants and candidates for the job.
Technology, Social Networking, and Results-based Recruiting
Using the latest advanced technology and social networking resources available, our professionals find strong candidates for our client’s positions. However, our greatest recruiting asset is our extensive network of professionals in the St. Louis area. Many of our contacts are not actively seeking new employment which results in top-notch talent accessible only through Albert Consulting Group.
Step 2: Screening
The Interview Process
Prior to our professionals submitting a candidate for review, both the recruiter and consultant service managers conduct interviews of the candidate in-person or by video call. Our recruiters serve as both career counselors and personal livelihood advisors which opens up the door for them to form long term relationships with each of our candidate customers. We determine the candidate’s preference for contracting, contract-to-hire, or permanent employment, and thoroughly screen each candidate.
Candidates or consultants selected to interview undergo a complete reference check by an Albert Consulting Group team member. When completed, the reference check results are then shared with the client to either reinforce compatibility or highlight the best candidate submitted.
Step 3: Submitting

This method accompanies the resume of each candidate we submit and can be tailored specifically for any job:

N – Navigate the hiring process by helping the manager and selected candidate

This tool is designed to minimize the amount of time clients spend determining if the candidate is a good match. We genuinely believe that the SEND Analysis®️ is the fastest and most effective tool for our clients’ hiring needs.
Some of our clients are so impressed by the SEND Analysis®️, they first ask for our SEND Analysis®️ of candidates rather than their resumes and only request a resume if they want to move forward with a candidate.

All resumes sent with the SEND Analysis®️ are formatted according to the Albert Consulting Group standard. Expect a clean and quality standard document that is easy to read and evaluate.

• Introduces candidates on in-person interviews
• Completes all tasks, leaving no strings untied
We will facilitate negotiations, allowing both the client and candidate to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
Step 4: Supporting
We are all about the ongoing support of our client, candidate, and consultant customers. If at any time there is an issue involving our placed candidates, we are ready to help resolve the problem. Because we stay connected and involved with our clients and consultants long after the job start date, we are in a position to intervene appropriately.
